While visiting a relative’s house, you receive a police alert warning the town of Eric Darcy, an escaped patient from the local psych ward who is now on a murderous rampage. Known as the Massapequa Massacre, Darcy’s cannibalistic killing spree is quickly becoming one of the worst in history. The town has been advised to stay home and take shelter, but as you attempt to flee, you realize you’re just a little too late. After being knocked unconscious, you awaken in an unknown location.
